Prime Photonics announced today that it is launching its VectorSwitchTM family of fiber optic switches. The fiber optic switches available include our VectorSwitchTM 108 (1x8) and the VectorSwitchTM 132 (1x32) systems for use in military, commercial and industrial applications.
These fiber optic switches are primarily utilized to expand the number of sensing points for our VectorLightTM series of optical interrogator units from 1 to 64 individual sensing points.
Additional applications for our fiber optic switches include sensors utilizing Fabry-Perot and fiber Bragg technologies, telecom, R&D or product test and evaluation.
